Sergio Leone + Arcade Fire

This clip is awesome. My old flophouse comrade Quammy read about it on The Onion's A.V. Club and posted it on Quammy Blog. Someone edited together a bunch of cuts from Sergio Leone's Once Upon A Time In The West to sync up with Arcade Fire's "My Body is a Cage." I was like, "Ho hum" when I read about it, but then I watched it and it blew my mind. (Contains spoilers)

Way to steal my shit, yo. Now, I'm totally gonna write about that adaptation of "Dreams in the Witch House" that I saw and wax poetic about some tobacco.

There's an adaptation of "Dreams in the Witch House?" That's one of Lovecraft's best stories. Where? Who? When? EXPLAIN!

There was a TV series called "Masters of Horror" recently, where they had horror directors make short movies. I believe it was Stuart Gordon who did "Dreams in the Witch House" and it was pretty sweet. It's on DVD and also less legally available on the net.
